Bedroom Three: Upper level with a queen bed and ocean views, using adjacent hall bathroom with vanity, soaking tub and shower over bath.
Bedroom Four: Upper level with two twin beds, featuring a terrace with garden views. Includes an ensuite bathroom with vanity and walk-in shower. The twin beds may be converted into a king on request.
Bedroom Five: Lower level with a king bed, ocean views, and walkout access to the pool deck. The ensuite bathroom includes vanity and walk-in shower.

- The waters directly in front of Pease Bay House are typically calm, with a mix of sandy and lightly rocky entry in the first few feet. As part of a reef-protected marine environment, the area offers excellent snorkelling opportunities, even in shallow water.
- In keeping with Cayman Islands law, all beaches are public up to the high-water mark, and the shoreline is accessible for walking in either direction. As with all natural beachfront settings, shoreline conditions may vary slightly from website imagery due to tides and seasonal weather, with the neighbouring beach always available for use. Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed
- From time to time, Grand Cayman’s beaches may experience floating ocean debris or seasonal sargassum seaweed. Sargassum is a naturally occurring, generally harmless seaweed that is more common during the summer months. The owners make every effort to manage heavier accumulations and will ensure the beach is raked prior to guest arrival where possible.
